All you need to know to rent one of our campers in Ibiza
Rental requirements
- Minimum age of the driver: 23 years old.
- Minimum experience of 2 years with a driver’s license.
- Present a valid driver’s license together with an identity card or passport.
Reservation process
- Book easily from our website, calling us or writing us by WhatsApp at +34 658 183 187. Indicate the dates you want and we will take care of the rest.
Payment of rent
- The rental is paid in full upon receipt of the camper. We accept cash, credit cards credit/debit card and bank transfers.
Insurance coverage
- Fully comprehensive insurance with an excess of 400 €. Daily cost: 15 €.
- Minor damages that we can repair are free of charge. In case of major damage, it will be assessed upon return of the camper.
Bail
- It is not necessary to deposit a deposit in advance. The signed contract acts as a guarantee in case of minor damages.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance: free of charge.
- Cancellations within 7 days prior to the rental date: a 30% charge of the total rental amount applies.
Duration and hours of rental
- Minimum rental: 3 consecutive nights.
- Flexible 24-hour service at Ibiza airport or other agreed point.
Use and limits of campers
- Unlimited mileage to travel around Ibiza without worries.
- Maximum capacity: 4 people, with two comfortable double beds.
- Overnight stay in Campgrounds.
- Return the camper with a full full fuel tank.
- Cleaning is not necessary; we take care of it.
Traveling with children and pets
- Child seats are available at no additional cost (upon request).
- Pets are welcome, as long as the camper is kept in good condition.
Rental assistance
- 24-hour assistance service to solve any incident.
